I provide support to adults who are navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, experiences of childhood and adult trauma and life transitions. My work is about creating a space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and feel more supported and confident as you navigate life and its challenges.
I draw on the following therapeutic modalities: Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy to support both the body and mind in navigating and integrating experiences that may feel stuck or overwhelming.
